Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026.
This policy explains what data Veniquea (https://veniquea.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum and load nothing that tracks you until you consent.
Consent-gated analytics
When you first visit, a banner asks whether to enable analytics cookies. If you decline, no third-party analytics or advertising scripts load at all. If you accept, we load the services below. You can change your choice any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Services we use (only after consent)
- Google Analytics 4, aggregate, IP-anonymised traffic statistics so we know which guides are useful. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Clarity, session analytics and heatmaps that help us spot confusing layouts. Clarity may record anonymised interaction data (clicks, scrolls); it is disclosed here because Clarity's terms require it.
- Google AdSense, if and when advertising is enabled on the site, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google account settings.
Affiliate links
We participate in the Amazon.in Associates programme. When you click an Amazon link, Amazon sets its own cookies to attribute any resulting purchase to us. See our Affiliate Disclosure. Amazon's use of your data is governed by Amazon's privacy notice.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store the email address you provide with our email/form provider solely to send you our newsletter. We never sell it, and you can unsubscribe from any email. We do not put affiliate links in emails.
Contact form
Messages you send via the contact form are delivered to us through a third-party form provider. We do not store contact submissions on this website's server, and we use a hidden anti-spam field rather than persisting personal data here.
Your rights
India (DPDP Act, 2023): you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent. EU/EEA & UK (GDPR): you additionally have rights to portability and to object to processing, and may lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. California (CCPA/CPRA): you have rights to know, delete and opt out of "sale/share" of personal information; we do not sell your personal information.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Data retention
Analytics data is retained per the provider's default retention window. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. We hold only what we need, for as long as we need it.
Children
Veniquea is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be reflected in the consent banner where appropriate.
